This is a Canadian owned company, why are you charging US dollars for your products?
Great question! Several factors go into our pricing. Although we are a Canadian Company, our costs are all in USD. Also, Moneris who is our payment provider only offers one currency. And since we are an international company, and USD is a globally accepted currency, this works out perfectly for everyone.
To our Canadian customers, please rest assured that we have taken great consideration into our pricing and have priced our pieces accordingly. What you see in USD is actually what you would be paying in CAD. We pride ourselves on providing very high quality pieces at very reasonable prices. How long does it take to ship an order?
Orders are shipped once a week. Typical delivery times in Canada and the US take about 2 to 3 weeks. International orders take 2-4 weeks.
Where do you ship to?
We are currently shipping to almost anywhere in the world. Please note that if you are located in an area that is remote, delivery times may vary.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Kali Fire is a Canadian based company. We are currently using Canada Post for shipments, and have plans for expedited service in the future. Shipping prices are gauged by weight. Once you enter your order, our system will calculate the shipping costs for you and present it before checkout.
What is your refund policy?
We at Kali Fire take great pride in the quality of our pieces. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly exchange or replace it within 15 days of receipt. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us what’s wrong and we will be more than happy to help! Please include the order number, you can find it in the emails sent to you after your purchase.
